Cabling and TV Work
Over July - Mid August we will be completing several projects through the Hotel.
The first phase of this work will involve cabling along the corridors and into guest rooms, this will terminate at a newly installed access point. These access points will greatly improve wifi coverage in all guest rooms.
The second phase of work will involve the installation and setup of new 43” or 55” smart TVs. These TVs will allow guests to securely connect to and cast the content they want to watch. Guests will be able to sign into Netflix on the TV and have this remembered through their stay. Upon checkout, TVs will be automatically wiped of any logins or viewing data to protect guests privacy. We will share more information on how this system works via our digital compendium when rolled out.
Any noisy work will only occur 9am – 5pm with the potential for work on the weekend. As a busy hotel we do need to flexible to allow this work to occur as quickly as possible with minimal disruption to guests.
