Bathroom renovations

To date we have completed 63 bathroom renovations across four of our most popular room types: King Standard (20 rooms), King Balcony (20 rooms), Premium Balcony (15 rooms) on our North Facing Wing, and the One Bedroom Standard (8 Rooms) which is on our South Facing Wing.

While the One Bedroom Standard will follow a similar format as previously done in other room types, there is one notable difference; the bathroom will have an extraction fan since the bathroom does not face the corridor. All the other improvements including the walk-in shower, new vanity, new toilet, mist free mirror, tiled floors and heated towel rail are included.

The Parnell Hotel & Conference Centre Limited is a registered Charity, and does mean we do have to go through a lengthy approval process for what is a large capital expenditure project. 

As operating conditions continue to improve and we have certainty on future operations, other bathroom projects will be looked at and will share more information when available.
