Bathroom renovations 2024

To date we have completed 63 bathroom renovations across four of our most popular room types: King Standard (20 rooms), King Balcony (20 rooms), Premium Balcony (15 rooms) on our North Facing Wing, and the One Bedroom Standard (8 Rooms) which is on our South Facing Wing.

This year we will complete the remaining rooms on our North Facing Wing, this includes our One Bedroom Balcony (10 rooms) and Two Bedroom Balcony - all configurations (15 rooms).

Like previous bathroom renovations, the shape of these new bathrooms will follow a similar format including the walk-in shower, new vanity, new toilet, mist free mirror, tiled floors and heated towel rail are included. 10 of our Two Bedroom Balcony rooms will also have extraction fans due to their location being away from the corridor. 

The Parnell Hotel & Conference Centre Limited is a registered Charity, and does mean we do have to go through a lengthy approval process for what is a large capital expenditure project.
