The following outlines the terms and conditions for our different rates and promotions undertaken by The Parnell Hotel & Conference Centre Limited. Terms & conditions here are independent of our Reservations policy unless otherwise stated. All rates and promotions are independent of one another and any discount or any other incentives does not stack with one another, this applies to all public and closed promotions which may be in affect.
AA Member Rate
Our Automobile club rate – 5% off the best available rate on the day the booking was made. This rate is available to New Zealand Automobile Association (AA) members. Proof of membership must be presented at the time of check in.

Seniors Rate
Our Seniors rate - 5% off the best available rate on the day the booking was made. This rate is available to guests 65+ only. SuperGold Card or similar type Card for International Visitors must be presented at the time of check in.

14 Day Advance Purchase
Our 14 Day Advance Purchase rate - 10% off the best available rate on the day the booking was made when booking 14 - 29 days in advance of intended stay.
Payment: Collected at time of booking when booked directly or through a third-party booking platform.
Cancellation: Bookings made under this rate are non-cancellable, non-changeable and non-refundable.
30 Day Advance Purchase
Our 30 Day Advance Purchase rate - 15% off the best available rate on the day the booking was made when booking 30 or more days in advance of intended stay.
Payment: Collected at time of booking when booked directly or through a third-party booking platform.
Cancellation: Bookings made under this rate are non-cancellable, non-changeable and non-refundable.
Stay 2
Our Stay 2 deal, - 10% off the best available rate on the day the booking was made when staying 2 nights or more.

Stay 3
Our Stay 3 deal, - 15% off the best available rate on the day the booking was made when staying 3 nights or more.

Bed & Buffet Breakfast
Enjoy a cooked buffet breakfast at Gladstones Café Restaurant. Breakfast $20 per guest - normally $27.50.
Dining at the restaurant for breakfast is between 7am & 10:30am. Does not include any barista made beverages.
Validity: For stays between 23 March 2024 & 31 January 2026

Non-refundable / Room Only
Our Non-refundable rate is our room only rate used in periods of high demand. For the need of booking certainty, this rate is non-cancellable & non-refundable. The full cost of the stay is payable upon booking.
